Elizabeths Kitchen History -
Elizabeth Haralabatos began her culinary career in her family owned restaurant, The Landmark in Concord, NH in 1979. After 20 years working at the Landmark, she founded Elizabeth’s Kitchen as a catering business in 2003 along with a small lunch shop on Pleasant Street. In 2007, she was awarded the contract for the historic New Hampshire State House Cafeteria. As well as running The State House Cafeteria, Elizabeth still operates the catering company, able to handle every size function from weddings in the Lakes Region to government meetings in Concord or business luncheons in Bedford.
